Injury Ambassadors Stories

Injury Ambassadors

Our Injury Ambassadors (IA) experienced traumatic injury and live with the physical and emotional cons-equences. These amazing individuals share their journey on the road to recovery. Their battle scars may or may not be visible but their stories of perseverance, resilience and hope empower youth to live life to the fullest.

As part of the P.A.R.T.Y. Program, students have a chance to talk with people living with a permanent brain or spinal cord injury. The purpose of this part of the program is to have the students understand what it is like to live with a permanent disability – how it affects your daily life, and that of your family.

See how these injury ambassadors are living full lives!
