New P.A.R.T.Y. Program Coordinator – Champ Noval

Hello Everyone

Some of you are aware that Shari Thompson-Ricci (P.A.R.T.Y. Headquarters Coordinator) will be leaving as of Mid-November to be on maternity leave for one year.  To ensure a smooth transition, we are excited to introduce to you all Jose (Champ) Noval who will be overseeing our Toronto P.A.R.T.Y. Program as well as P.A.R.T.Y. Headquarters.

Champ is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years nursing experience. He obtained a second degree from Ryerson University and has previous work experience with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto Public Health as well as the World Health Organization.  Previously in the Philippines, Champ was a clinical nursing teacher where he assessed, developed and evaluated instructional materials and supervised a team of instructors.  Champ also has excellent computer software and development skills that we know will be an asset to our Centre for Injury Prevention as we advance Headquarters and enhance our collaboration with our programs around the world.

Please join me in welcoming Champ to our program and congratulate Shari on her upcoming maternity leave!
